The Mud Snail Necklace is made from the molding and casting of a real found Threeline Mud Snail shell in recycled silver. I collected the original empty snail shell on a beach in Cape May, New Jersey and then sent it to a local, family owned casting company to be cast in multiples of solid metal. Once the casting is returned, I solder on jump rings and it then strung on a 16”,18”, or 20” sterling silver cable chain of your choice.
The Mud Snail is only 1" long and 3/8th" wide including bail. This design is currently available in solid polished or oxidized sterling silver but other metals and finishes are always available, message me for custom options and a quote. All HKM Jewelry pieces are properly hallmarked for metal type and stamped for authenticity.
