These Limpet Shell Dangle Earrings are made from the molding and casting of real found Key Hole Limpet shells in recycled silver. I collected the original empty mollusk shells on a beach in Delray, Florida and then sent it to a local, family owned casting company to be cast in multiples of solid metal. Once the castings are returned, I solder on jump rings and a formed sterling french hooks. The shell is offered in either small or large. The small earrings are only 1" long and 1/4" wide including hook, the large size is about 1.25" long and 1/2" wide.
This design is currently available in solid polished sterling silver but other metals and finishes are always available, message me for custom options and a quote. All HKM Jewelry pieces are properly hallmarked for metal type and stamped for authenticity.
