These earrings are inspired by my fathers fishing tackle; a swivel hook is commonly used when attaching leaders and other fishing hardware to the end of a line. Sometimes, a brightly colored accent is present as false bait used to attract the fish.
The hook is handmade from sterling silver, with a dangling, 10mm Tumble Polished Cape May Diamond at the base, measuring roughly 2 inches in length. Hooks may be worn open like traditional hook earrings or latched for added security during all of life's adventures!
