The Lifesaver Necklace is made in solid sterling silver with wrapped knot details to mimic the ropes on a Life Ring. A Life Ring has been used for centuries as a water safety device and has evolved many times. A round ring with a rope knot at four sections however, is still widely recognized as the most common design. This design is currently available in solid silver, strung on a 16”, 18” or 20” sterling silver cable chain of your choice.
